College Counseling & Placement
The Upper School Counseling & Guidance program serves students in grades 8-12. Our Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Heather Fletcher has been with Tiftarea for over 8 years. She takes great pride in helping our students find the right college "fit." College counseling begins as early as 8th grade with a goal of each student to be admitted into colleges that both appeal to the student and also fit his/her academic, co-curricular and personal profile. Mrs. Fletcher encourages and guides students through this process. Each year, our graduating seniors are offered anywhere from $750,000-$1,000,000 in scholarships (excluding the HOPE scholarship)!
