College Counseling & Placement
The Upper School Counseling & Guidance program serves students in grades 8-12. Our Guidance Counselor, Dr. Larry Creamer has been with Tiftarea for over 17 years. He takes great pride in helping our students find the right college "fit." College counseling begins as early as 8th grade with a goal of each student to be admitted into colleges that both appeal to the student and that also fit his/her academic, co-curricular and personal profile. Dr. Creamer encourages and guides students through this process. Each year, our graduating seniors are offered anywhere from $750,000-$1,000,000 in scholarships (excluding the HOPE scholarship)!
